Mr. Brar represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, maritime, energy and personal injury litigation. While Mr. Brar's primary practice is litigation, he routinely assists clients in resolving disputes prior to the commencement of litigation and with day-to-day business affairs.

Kip Brar

Mr. Brar earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2008, where he was the Leon Jaworski Scholar for Outstanding Advocates and served as the Notes & Comments Editor for the Baylor Law Review. Mr. Brar earned a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005, where he was president of the cross-examination debate team and a recipient of a first round bid to the National Debate Tournament.
